Jean Simmonsová (* 31. ledna 1929, Crouch Hill, Londýn) je britská herečka, držitelka Zlatého glóbu z roku 1955. S herectvím začínala již ve 14 letech svého věku, nejprve hrála v britských filmech. Z nich patrně nejznámější byla filmová adaptace Shakespearova dramatu Hamlet z roku 1948, za kterou získala první nominaci na Oscara. Od roku 1952 přesídlila do Hollywoodu. V roce 1955 si zahrála a zapívala společně s Frankem Sinatrou ve filmu Frajeři a saze, za nějž získala Zlatý Glóbus. V roce 1958 si zahrála učitelku v legendárním westernu Velká země po boku Gregory Pecka. V roce 1960 následoval snímek Spartakus, kde hrála s Kirkem Dougalesem a film Elmer Ganty, kde si zahrála s Burtem Lancasterem. Za snínmek The happy Ending z roku 1969 získala druhou oscarovou nominaci. Od počátku 70. let se věnuje více televizní a divadelní práci.
