Drew Blyth Barrymore (* 22. února, 1975, Kalifornie) je americká herečka a filmová producentka. Známe ji z filmů Charlieho andílci, Milujte svého zabijáka, 50x a stále poprvé a Hudbu složil, slova napsal.
Drew je nejmladší členkou americké herecké rodiny Barrymoreových. Hrát začala již ve svých jedenácti měsících a na filmovém plátně se poprvé objevila v roce 1980 ve filmu Altered States. To jí bylo pět let. Role, která ji proslavila, byla Gertie ve slavném Spielbergově filmu E. T. Rychle se z ní stala nejznámější hollywoodská dětská herečka.
